Federal prosecutors request the confiscation of 500 BTC
A large federal jury charged four Ohio people for producing and transferring fake driving licences and identity cards from different states in the United States.
In addition, federal prosecutors are looking for confiscation of more than 500 Bitcoins, worth about $5.5 million, the latter were seized precisely during an investigation.
In addition to the confiscation of the BTCs, prosecutors also demand the confiscation of 265,000$ (formed by cash, gold and silver lingots). If prosecutors win the case, then the BTCs, together with the other listed assets, will be confiscated by the government.
